2920 to 1488 15 miles one-way
Training rides normally begin from the Kroger parking lot at 2920 and Kuykendahl. Head west on 2920 for 5 miles and then turn north onto 2978 and travel up to 1488. The route is nearly 15 miles in length one-way so it can be used as a 30 mile round-trip ride. Decent mix of level stretches and average ascents.

2978 to 1488 9 miles one-way
An abbreviated version of the 15-mile 2920 route that starts in a business center parking lot on 2978. The route is 9 miles in length one-way so it can be used as a 18 mile round-trip ride. Route features bike lane along 2978. Decent mix of level stretches and average ascents.

Barry Loop 5 mile loop
This 5 mile loop located just off of 2978 has a great mix of up-and-down undulations and very minimal traffic. This route was given its name by team captain Robby Robbins after it was shown to him by Traveling Light veteran rider Barry Haarde. Can be combined with the 2920/2978 routes to create longer rides.

Gleannloch Loop 3.5 mile loop
This 3.5 mile loop is conveniently located entirely within the Gleannloch Farms community located on Spring-Cypress road. This route normally affords minimal car traffic with the exception of the stretch that runs on Champion Forest Drive. Majority of the route is flat/level but often wind plays a factor.
